All content on this site — including images, copy, design, and product photography — is the property of Nora and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.

Product descriptions, images, and pricing are provided in good faith. We reserve the right to correct errors and to modify or discontinue products at any time without notice.

Prices may change. The price shown at the time of your order is the price you pay. We do not retroactively honor price changes in either direction after an order is confirmed.

Product photography is as accurate as we can make it, but colors and textures may vary slightly due to screen calibration and the nature of handcrafted jewelry. No two pieces are exactly alike — this is part of what makes them yours.

All purchases are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or materially different from its description.

If your piece arrives damaged, contact us at info@noramaui.com within 5 days of receipt with a description and photos. We will review each case individually and work with you toward a fair resolution.

Fine jewelry requires care to maintain its beauty. We recommend keeping pieces away from harsh chemicals, saltwater, chlorine, lotions, and perfumes. Store pieces separately to avoid scratching.

We are not responsible for damage resulting from misuse, improper storage, or normal wear and tear. Our care recommendations are provided as guidance only — individual results depend on the wearer's habits and environment.

All payments are processed securely by Square. By completing a purchase, you also agree to Square's Buyer Privacy Notice. We never store your card information.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nora's liability for any claim arising from use of this site or purchase of a product shall not exceed the amount you paid for the item in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.
